We offer weekly swim sessions at Valley Leisure Centre, Newtownabbey.
When?
To join our sessions, you must be able to swim at least 10 lengths of the pool using front crawl.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced swimmer, our sessions are designed to challenge and improve your skills.
Come along and make swimming a part of your routine! Bring your gear, and we’ll take care of the rest.
We look forward to seeing you in the pool!
We welcome riders of all experience levels!
During the better-weather months, members arrange outdoor rides with different speeds and distances.
When?
In the colder or tougher-weather months, we keep riding through virtual cycling sessions (usually on Saturdays or Sundays) using TrainingPeaks Virtual.
We also stay active with group spin class meet-ups during the week, perfect for keeping fitness and motivation high.
Come ride with us rain or shine, indoors or out, we’re always rolling!
While we don’t currently organise regular group runs, we’ve found that most of our members prefer to run on their own or are active members of other local running clubs.
This allows everyone to choose the pace, distance, and schedule that works best for them.
